The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis mountain railroads are the largest family ski area in Tyrol with over 212 kilometers of slopes. The Fisser Bergbahnen can be reached from our house in 10 minutes on foot through the pedestrian zone. Best prepared ski slopes, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails offer also off-piste snow fun. Heated ski depots directly at the cable car are part of our "all around" service offer and included in the price.

In summer, Fiss is an ideal starting point for countless activities for mountain sports enthusiasts and families. Countless attractions and experiences await you in a unique mountain setting. A multitude of possibilities for hikers, bikers, mountain bikers and families makes a vacation with us unforgettable. In the immediate vicinity are the Fisser Flitzer, Fisser Flieger, Fun Park, Sky-Swing, children's playground and next to the Kulturhaus is the Mini-Max Club.

We organize a small pony program during the summer months. The children of our house guests can take part in a guided ride with our ponies 1 x a week for free.
